Defective Product: The Reformation Center accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Include a note explaining your reason for returning or exchanging the product. (See our policy above.)
  2. If you are EXCHANGING your product(s), please include a check (made out to The Reformation Center) for $6.00 to cover the shipping and handling charges. Indicate the item that you would like to replace your return.
